![]() ![]() The doses of taurine ranged from 1 to 6 g/day and were provided in single doses and for up to 2 weeks among a range of subjects. The effects of (1) dose and (2) the acute (single dose) or chronic (> 1 day) supplementation periods were assessed using meta-regression. The comeup at large doses is similar but, other than that its exaggerated. A sub-analysis of time-to-exhaustion (TTE) trials (n 7) was also performed. The natural MDMA thing is bullshit too imo. It gets so bad that I have to stop my set in the middle of it and then lay on the ground in pain I am using winstrol and heard its one of the worst for this condition. Anything that claims 100x is bullshit and anything ridiculously cheap $5,$15,$25 is likely bullshit as well. I have been dealing with a lot of bad pumps when I work out at the gym. Sorry for the long response but I tried several vendors and types, leaves, pills, extracts etc. After the 1st month I took a week off and there were no wd's or rebound anxiety but by the end of the week my depression did begin to reappear. I've been using 2x day for 6+ months and it works great for depression/anxiety as well as a mild energy boost throughout the day. ![]() I only gave him 20mgs and wouldn't give him more. I warned him not to try it because Kanna is a mild SRI, from what I've read anyway, so I thought he may have a bad reaction but for whatever reason he didn't feel anything. He was taking prescription SSRI'S so maybe that's the reason idk. I've shared mine with approximately a dozen friends and most loved it, a few didn't like it and 1 felt nothing. I've found there's a definite reverse tolerance as well but others havent so idk. Other roa's work but the effects differ from sublingual and others and I've found it to be the most cost effective too. I do no more than a 30mg bump and I'm more than good. I've tried oral, sublingual, and smoking. ![]()
